Teacher Rapnel is a very patient and understanding tutor. I really appreciate how he gives Raafi time to calm down whenever he becomes overwhelmed, without showing frustration or rushing him. He patiently waits until Raafi is ready and then continues the lesson calmly. His patience and gentle approach make the learning experience more comfortable and positive for Raafi.
