回線が悪くて10分遅れたのは運営側の問題があるとは思うのですが、その後のレッスンでスライドの読み込みが遅いという説明もなしに数分間無言でいたり、1年以上前に終わった場所をレッスンし始めたりかなり時間を無駄にしました。英会話の時間としてお金を払っているので読み込みが遅いなりにもしっかり説明や会話をしてほしいです。
