朝早い時間にも関わらず、明るく元気に授業を進めてくださいました。挨拶を日本語でしてくださったり、生徒との距離を縮める努力をされていると感じました。ちょうどテーマが「料理」であったので、フィリピンの伝統料理やストリートグルメなどについて、詳しくお伺いできたのも良かったです。
