该教师的表现令人失望。他未能尽到指导责任，对学生如同对待幼儿一般放任自流：既不纠正发音错误的单词，也不辅导学生解决不会读的词汇。更令人不满的是，他在下课时未等学生完成课文朗读便直接离开，这种行为极不负责。
